MOTORSPORTS HALL OF FAME OF AMERICA
Detroit - August 24, 2011 A large and enthusiastic audience of family, friends,
fans and motorsports insiders gathered in downtown Detroit to usher in an equally
impressive, energetic and accomplished group of 2011 inductees at the 23rd Annual
Motorsports Hall of Fame of America Induction Ceremony at the historic Fillmore Theather.
2011 Inductees: Donnie Allison, Ed
McCulloch, Augie Pabst, Bruce Penhall, Sid Collins, Roger McCluskey, & Ed
Winfield

Roger Penske:
Is the founder and chairman of Penske Corporation. Penske Racing, Inc. is the most
successful Indy car racing team in history with 158 race wins, 12 National Championships
and 201 pole positions. In addition, Penske Racing has won the Indianapolis 500-mile race
15 times, including consecutive wins in 2001, 2002 and 2003 and the most recent win in
2009 with driver Helio Castroneves. |

Roger Penske & Dick Jordan: Vice-President of News and
Communications for the United States Auto Club (USAC), has been named the recipient of the
2007 "Outstanding Contribution to the Sport Award" by all three voting panels of
the North American Sprint Car Poll.

Bobby Unser: He is one of seven drivers to win the Indianapolis
500 three times, and one of only two to have won the 500 in three different decades (1968,
75, 81). |

David Hobbs: Is a British former racing driver currently employed
as a commentator for Speed Channel.

Kurt Busch: Won the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Championship in
2004, With a 2006 win in the Nationwide Series, Busch became one of only 22 drivers with a
win in all three of NASCAR's top divisions: Sprint Cup Series; Nationwide Series; and
Camping World Truck Series. |

Mel Kenyon: He is known as the King of the Midgets,
Miraculous Mel and Champion of Midget Auto Racing. Many consider
him to be midget car racings greatest driver ever. Kenyon competed in 65 USAC
Championship (IndyCar) and eight Indianapolis 500 races.

Dick Jordan, Kyle &
Donald Davidson: is the current historian of the Indianapolis
Motor Speedway, the only person to hold such a position on a full-time basis for any
motorsports facility in the world. |
